What is our return policy?
Items can only be exchanged, and not returned for a refund.

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for exchanges. If an item is returned that is not eligible for return the item will be shipped back to the customer, at the customer's expense. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I return something?
To initiate a return, please email blessedboutique0130@gmail.com first. We will email you back with estimated return eligibility. You may also fill out the Return Questions form below.

We do not email you when the return item is received. Please keep tracking for your own records.
What if my item is defective?
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at blessedboutique0130@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. In your email, you must include a description of the problem, when you ordered your item, your order number (if available), when you received your item, and a picture when possible.
